Q: How many days has it been since I placed the order and it still hasn’t been shipped?

A: We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. According to our standard operating procedures, orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days, please be patient. If it has not been shipped within 7 days, please provide us with the order number and we will follow up immediately.

Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Answer: It usually takes 7-15 working days to be delivered. In the event of significant delays, please contact our customer service. International orders take 8-17 days on average, and some areas are temporarily unavailable due to the impact. The exact number of days may vary in different regions.

Q: I chose express delivery, why hasn’t it been delivered yet?

A: Please provide us with the order number or express delivery number, and we will verify the progress with the express company. There may also be minor delays due to individual regional influences. If it is not delivered within 15 working days, we will resend or refund you.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Answer: You can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order and get a full refund. Orders can be modified or different products can be selected within 1-3 hours, and the price difference will be calculated based on actual conditions. Orders are placed after 3 hours and cannot be canceled or modified.
